DLA Piper in the United States is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead the firm’s employment compliance function in alignment with federal, state, and local laws, and internal policies.

You will develop policies, conduct audits, manage training, and partner with leadership and the Office of General Counsel to mitigate risk. This hybrid role does not include direct people management but requires strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in HR compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Deep proficiency in federal, state, and local employment laws and ability to translate them into HR policies.
• Experience conducting internal audits of HR practices and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR compliance programs and initiative execution.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and update policies and procedures.
• Serve as SME on HR policies, guiding HR, leadership and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Office of General Counsel on compliance matters.
• Develop, maintain and govern HR compliance documentation and training materials.
• Oversee reporting, audits, and HR metrics for leadership review.
• Support training programs including mandatory HR compliance training.
