Qualifications

• Experience with web content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Experience with graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement internal communication plans on key initiatives, programs, policies, or issues.
• Write, edit, and proofread memorandums, marketing materials, technical guides, and website copy.
• Perform routine updates to HR's website as requested by leadership.
• Manage HR communications email inbox and route complex issues appropriately.
• Update HR's social media channels according to plans and supervisor direction.
• Create graphics or visuals, including logos or other visual elements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
