Responsibilities

• Draft newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials.
• Review documents for compliance with style and brand guidelines, and edit for grammar.
• Prepare and design content and graphics for various media layouts.
• Distribute marketing materials to intended audiences.
• Update web pages and revise content as provided.
• Collect content and assist with upkeep of the database.
• Assist with GEO study abroad fairs and events coordination.
• Create social media schedule and produce content.
• Assist with generating ideas for postings.
• Monitor social media activity and identify viable actions.
• Create or procure photos or videos for events, websites, or social media, and produce content for intended audiences.
• Support presentation materials by gathering quotations, statistics, videos, and photos.
• Gather website and social media traffic and analyze usage.
• Perform marketing, content, and feature research; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.
