This is a full-time, paid internship with flexible hours within Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, designed for students pursuing an HR-related degree. Opportunity to build strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors level program related to Human Resources.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is desired.
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding preparation.
• Support employee newsletter planning and distribution.
• Greet visitors and answer questions for employees
• Participate in HR events and projects
• Maintain attendance tracking and timesheets
• Process employment verifications
• Administer visitor badge system and access control
• Schedule trainings and communications for the business unit
• Assist with Employee Service Award program
• Complete HR filing and retention
• Other duties as assigned
