Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Associates or Bachelor's program related to Human Resources
• GPA 3.0 or higher desired
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment and handling multiple priorities
• Must handle sensitive information professionally
• Good judgment, integrity and communication skills
• Strong task management and organization
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Available to work at least 28 hours/week in Spring and 40 hours/week in Summer

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding preparation
• Plan, edit, and publish the Employee Newsletter
• Greet visitors and answer employee questions
• Support HR events and projects
• Track attendance and process employment verifications
• Administer Visitor Badge and access control
• Schedule trainings and lunches for the business unit
• Assist with Employee Service Award Recognition
• Complete HR filing and document retention
• Perform other duties as assigned
