Job summary

The Brattle Group in Boston is seeking a Human Resources Co-op to join the Employee Experience team. You will support HRBP, Staffing, and Program Management, gaining exposure to lifecycle, workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, and employee experience.

Working closely with Brattle HR professionals, you will contribute to strategic HR initiatives while delivering operational excellence and exceptional service to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR, talent management, or employee experience.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Employee Experience team with onboarding, communications, and HR processes.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives through coordination and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and HR materials for meetings and leadership discussions.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and trends.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Support Talent Acquisition with day-to-day recruitment activities and materials.
