Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student graduating May 2028–May 2029 in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate empathetically.
• Prior coursework or experience in HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and general support.
• Assist in administration of employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR and vendor systems; help generate reports and analyze data.
