You will review HR processes, audit personnel files, and help build a centralized, compliant documentation system while collaborating with HR and cross‑functional teams across locations. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in HR operations, project management, and process improvement, with on-site culture and team events, and is conducted on a hybrid schedule

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Business, HR, or related field.
• Knowledge of HR compliance practices and handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with clear workflow documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Hybrid role requiring onsite attendance 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Review HR processes and personnel files for regulatory alignment and internal policies.
• Audit personnel files for completeness, confidentiality, and proper recordkeeping.
• Research HR record-retention requirements and draft a retention schedule.
• Review onboarding/offboarding and document-management workflows for current practices.
• Recommend improvements to close compliance gaps and improve HR processes.
• Organize approved HR records in a centralized, accessible structure.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail.
• Support on-site culture and team events as needed.
