SupremeX Inc. in Chicago invites a motivated Human Resources Co-op to assist our HR team. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR Business Partner support while contributing to key projects and day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related post-secondary program, or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts for vacancies across Chicago-area and Indianapolis locations
• Facilitating onboarding and integration of new employees
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners
• Assist with preparing HR reports, presentations, and employee data
• Support various employee lifecycle activities and HR processes
• Assist with HR projects related to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Help maintain HR documentation/employee files and ensure information is organized and accessible
