The Brattle Group in Boston is seeking a Human Resources Co-op to join the Employee Experience team. You will support HRBP, Staffing, and Program Management, gaining exposure to lifecycle, workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, and employee experience.
Working closely with Brattle HR professionals, you will contribute to strategic HR initiatives while delivering operational excellence and exceptional service to employees and managers.
The Human Resources Co-op is a member of the Employee Experience (EE) team and will report into the EE team, while also working as part of the broader Human Resources team. The role will support Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), Staffing, and Program Management, and provide project support across HR as needed, including to the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR activities that contribute to the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, and employee experience.
Working closely with HR professionals across Brattle, the co-op will gain practical experience supporting strategic HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to employees and managers.
The anticipated gross hourly rate for this position in Boston is $20-25.
