Job summary

Precision Castparts in the United States is offering a temporary HR Co-Op starting June 2026. Under general supervision, you will support the HR department with tasks ranging from basic to challenging, tailored for college students pursuing a path in Human Resources.

Key duties include onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and training; maintenance of employee records in ADP and Workday; and addressing employee questions effectively and efficiently as part of a collaborative extended HR team.

Qualifications

• Student must be enrolled in an accredited university/college (not online).
• Student must have completed freshman year prior to Co-Op and must be currently enrolled as a full-time student.
• Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (business-degree qualifies).

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews and training for employees.
• Maintain employee records in ADP and Workday.
• Address employee issues and queries effectively and efficiently.
