Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health in Johns Creek, GA seeks a Co‑Op to join the Talent, Learning, Culture & Organizational Development team. You will gain broad exposure to HR areas including culture, leadership and learning development, talent acquisition, academic relations, and strategic talent development.

The role involves supporting talent initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and program logistics while building leadership skills in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.
• Student must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship/co-op.
• Overall cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
• Major or minor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at their current college or university.
• Graduate students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at their current college or university.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and execution of Strategic Talent Development programs and talent management processes.
• Provide project coordination and implementation support for global Strategic Talent Development initiatives and rollouts.
• Assist with documentation, training materials, meeting coordination, stakeholder communications, and project tracking for enterprise talent initiatives.
• Support Culture & Engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and foster an engaging workplace environment.
• Assist in planning and coordinating Academic Relations and Emerging Talent programs, including university partnerships, career fairs, campus recruiting events, and intern/co-op programming.
• Assist with Leadership Academy program logistics and evaluations, attendance tracking, and reporting.
