Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks an Organizational Change Management Lead to design and drive change strategies for HR initiatives, including technology implementations, new programs, and policy updates. You will partner with HR leaders to prepare employees and managers for evolving processes and systems.

The role requires strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience in HR transformation and cross-functional programs in large-scale organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management.
• Experience with HR technology implementations, strongly preferred (Workday or similar).
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed, manufacturing, or frontline employee populations.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational change-management strategies for Talent and HR initiatives, including HR technology implementations and policy changes.
• Identify key stakeholders and create engagement plans to drive awareness and adoption of HR initiatives.
• Define learning and enablement requirements and coordinate training content for impacted employees and managers.
• Define measurable readiness, adoption, and success criteria; monitor progress and adjust strategies post-implementation.
• Develop standardized change-management methodologies and counsel HR teams on best practices.
