Job summary

Wayne Farms seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to design and execute change strategies that enable successful adoption of Talent and HR initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on the people side of HR-led change, including HR technology implementations, Talent programs, process redesigns, and policy changes.

The OCM Lead partners with HR and business leaders to translate initiatives into practical plans that prepare employees and managers for new processes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organizational change management or HR transformation.
• Experience delivering change strategies for HR initiatives and technology implementations.
• Experience coordinating across HR and business leaders to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR change strategies for Talent and HR initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications planning for HR changes.
• Partner on training and enablement for new systems and processes.
• Define readiness, adoption, and sustainment measures and monitor progress.
• Advise HR leaders on readiness and risks in implementations.
• Promote standardized change-management methodologies across HR.
