Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an IT PMO & Change Management Leader to drive enterprise transformation spanning ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. You’ll lead the PMO, establish change management practices, and ensure successful deployment and go-live readiness across IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading projects, programs, or portfolios in complex environments.
• Experience building or maturing a PMO.
• Proven success delivering large technology initiatives including ERP and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading organizational change management and business readiness.
• Experience developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the IT PMO with scalable governance and reporting.
• Oversee change management strategies and adoption planning.
• Ensure go-live readiness and successful deployment of major tech initiatives.
• Partner with executives, IT, finance, and business leaders on resources and budgets.
• Coach and develop project managers for consistent delivery.
• Drive benefits realization and alignment with business objectives.
