Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive people-focused HR initiatives at our Oakwood, GA campus. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design change strategies, assess readiness, and implement communications and training to ensure adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in OCM, strong change-management knowledge, and experience with HR technology implementations. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications
