Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks an experienced HR leader to guide staffing, employee relations, training, development, and compensation administration across the Utah plant and related locations. You will operate both strategically and hands-on to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while driving HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes recruitment, performance management, change management, and mentoring managers, with a focus on developing talent and sustaining a zero-accident

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ progressive human resources experience.
• A manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.
• Experience leading teams and handling performance management.
• Proficiency in English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the HR team to implement staffing, regulatory processes, employee relations, and development initiatives.
• Coach leaders and staff on conflict resolution in compliance with laws and company guidelines.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and succession planning strategies for internal customers.
• Manage salaried recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
