800 OKLA. CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the HR division with time/leave processes, payroll, benefits and employment tasks. The role is on-site in Stillwater, OK, with a focus on accurate record-keeping and timely payroll support.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, HR experience, and potentially a Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of state agency processes and CareerTech experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Preferred: Knowledge of state agency processes and CareerTech experience.
• Previous human resource experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Audit employees leave submission in Workday according to policies.
• Assist payroll processing and time/leave documentation.
• Maintain records of employees’ yearly service pins.
• Process employee FMLA requests.
• Assist with workers’ compensation and ADA accommodations.
• Schedule health fairs, blood drives and seminars.
• Support new employee orientation and exit interviews.
• Verify and mail withholding payments to vendors.
• Order division supplies.
