• Support compensation reviews, salary recommendations, promotions, and organizational changes.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improving employee performance, retention, and engagement.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR team members on benefits, payroll, leave administration, and other HR functions as needed.
• Support change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and process improvement efforts.
