You will guide workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR policies for our client in the Tulsa market.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Centers of Excellence, performance management, succession planning, total rewards, compliance, and learning initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience with a focus on complex employee relations.
• Working knowledge of performance management, employment laws, and training and development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to address workforce needs and employee relations issues.
