Staffing Now is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders in Tulsa, OK. You will guide workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR policies for our client in the Tulsa market.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Centers of Excellence, performance management, succession planning, total rewards, compliance, and learning initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience with a focus on complex employee relations.
• Working knowledge of performance management, employment laws, and training and development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to address workforce needs and employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, total rewards and learning.
• Identify training and coaching needs to improve effectiveness of employees and managers.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to shape HR strategies, programs and policies.
• Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, compliance and complex employee relations matters.
• Support restructuring, workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure learning objectives are met.
