Amazon is hiring an HR Business Partner to support a large population of hourly employees and business leaders onsite in Canton, MA. The role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on operations, focusing on talent management, employee experience, and driving cross-functional initiatives using data-driven insights.

You will coach leaders, implement engagement strategies, and partner on equitable talent practices while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and engagement.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements at the site level.
Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and self-service tools to improve user experience.
