Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsabilités

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair application of policies while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; gather insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and teams development.
