Job summary

Mobis North America in Michigan is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to execute core HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, benefits and workforce administration, while ensuring compliance and accurate employee records. You will partner with managers and teams to support day-to-day employee matters, administer HR programs, and maintain strong, confidential relationships across the organization.

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR experience across multiple disciplines are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience administering and supporting HR programs including payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and records creation.
• Support benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Assist with recruitment activities including postings and scheduling.
• Support HR programs, policies, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
