Job summary

Optalis Healthcare (Health & Rehabilitation Centers) seeks an HR Business Partner at the facility level to lead HR initiatives, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, employee relations, and compliance in collaboration with facility leadership and corporate HR.

You will manage benefits, timekeeping, OSHA/EEOC reporting, and training, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years HR experience including payroll processing.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as facility HR lead for recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and related reporting.
• Administer HRIS for personnel changes and employee data.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with laws.
