Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, including payroll processing.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as payroll contact, resolve pay issues and coordinate adjustments with Corporate Finance.
• Manage time and attendance system and ensure accurate timecard review.
• Administer the HRIS, including personnel, compensation, and employee changes.
• Process garnishments, child support, and court orders.
• Lead facility recruitment and manage applicant tracking system.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation and retention programs.
• Administer employee benefits, FMLA, leave and workers' compensation.
• Prepare OSHA and EEOC reporting and assist with credentialing as needed.
• Support performance management and disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws.

In this onsite role, you will partner closely with facility leadership and Corporate HR to help recruit and onboard talent, keep HR processes running smoothly, and maintain compliance across employment and healthcare-related requirements.

This position serves as a key HR contact for day-to-day programs such as payroll preparation, employee relations support, benefits administration, and reporting. The focus is on aligning HR activities with organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary payroll contact, resolving pay-related issues and coordinating adjustments with Corporate Finance.
• Manage the time and attendance system, ensuring accurate timecard review and approval.
• Administer the HRIS, including personnel, compensation, and employee change administration.

Requirements
