• Own the math behind every HR Business Partner promise made to a customer.
• Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets.
• Walk internship clients through renewal terms to keep both sides whole.
• Make the renewal case before the internship client starts shopping around.
• Reforecast mid-quarter when OH numbers stop matching the plan.
• Run build-versus-buy analyses before signing anything.
• Find the leverage that moves leadership metrics most.
