Job summary

GGP is seeking an HR Intern to rotate through Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Inclusion and HR Services. You’ll gain hands-on experience, shadow teams, and deliver a capstone project to leadership.

This role emphasizes analytics, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. You will build a network across the organization, develop professional skills, and work with senior leaders while supporting HR initiatives in a fast-paced retail real estate

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2027–2028 graduation preference.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions and pivot tables; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR projects across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, L&D, Inclusion, and HR Services.
• Create HR materials, guides, and tracking spreadsheets for operations.
• Analyze data, monitor initiatives, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support HR communications.
