Job summary

Freedom Living co. in Obetz, OH seeks an HR Business Partner to support our high-volume Central Ohio operations and corporate functions. You will partner with leaders and employees across brands, handling employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance, and HRIS data integrity.

This role emphasizes building an inclusive culture, driving workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding, while ensuring legal compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; SPHR/PHR preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience in high-volume environment.
• Strong project management track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
• Experience with SQF compliance on operations floor.

Responsibilities

• Foster inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
• Partner with leaders on policies and programs.
• Ensure legal compliance with Federal and State regs.
• Coach managers on goal setting and performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and deliver development programs.
• Forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.

• Manage seasonal recruiting partnerships with agencies.
