GAF offers an exciting HR Intern position to gain hands‑on experience across Corporate and Sales teams. You will support the HR department with lifecycle responsibilities and project development in partnership with the residential business.

Responsibilities include auditing role profiles, maintaining HRIS data, and analyzing dashboards to drive talent initiatives. A degree in HR or Business is pursued, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Assist HRBP and COE teams with role profiles and job descriptions.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
• Draft documentation for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Analyze HR dashboards to support talent initiatives and metrics.
• Support ICP development and Talent Profile completion initiatives.
• Assist in Mid Year Review processes and performance tracking.
• Prepare materials for presentations and tools related to projects.
