Job summary

GGP is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, Inclusion, and HR Services projects. You’ll collaborate with teams and leaders to learn from those who built careers in commercial real estate.

You will help prepare materials, maintain HR SharePoint pages, track initiative progress, and respond to HR inquiries. Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in College or University, degree by December 2027 – May 2028 preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive in workload management and development.
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated data analysis using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and pivot tables.
• Experience building and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HR projects with stakeholders on the HR team.
• Prepare materials including Quick Reference Guides, Organizational Charts, Presentations, and checklists.
• Maintain HR SharePoint pages used by employees for self-service resources.
• Track progress of assigned initiatives and communicate updates.
• Upload requested information into employee personnel files.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
• Assist in scheduling and planning meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
