Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Denver, Colorado seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR programs for three distribution warehouses and three cross docks. This role requires 25% travel and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

You will manage recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance, safety, and employee relations while guiding staffing and organizational structure. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office is expected, with a Bachelor's in HRM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field is preferred.
• HR Certification is a plus.
• Experience in HR programs across multiple locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders within established company policies.
• Support HR programs for recruitment, performance management and development.
• Advise on staffing structure and organization.
• Lead recruitment efforts including postings, job fairs and candidate selection.
• Support workers' compensation, unemployment, wage/hour, OSHA, DOT, FMLA, USERRA issues.
• Communicate about benefits, payroll inquiries and career development.
• Review legal changes and advise management on required updates.
• Lead investigations on harassment, discrimination and workplace safety.
• Improve HRIS systems, including Workday upgrades and training.
• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and relocations.
