Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent plus 2 years warehouse/operations or 6 years of experience.
• Proven leadership in a supervisory warehouse/operational role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, contracts and shipping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse processes including inventory, transportation and customer service.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop supervisors, staff and drivers; set productivity targets.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling; manage budgets and expenses.
• Promote safety and loss prevention; ensure compliance with policies.
