Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee 80% management duties across logistics, warehousing, and inventory, ensuring safety and security. Reports to Regional Operations Manager and leads Supervisors, drivers, and office staff.

You will optimize warehouse processes, develop teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with HR, Sales, and vendors. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to travel nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2 years warehouse/operations management experience or 6 years warehouse/operations experience
• Proven leadership skills in a supervisory warehouse, operational or related role
• Knowledgeable in material handling and inventory documentation
• Budgeting, contracts and shipping knowledge
• Strong math and accounting/financial interpretation skills
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization
• Willing to travel nationally as required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, warehousing and inventory management
• Provide timely reports on warehouse operating conditions
• Lead and develop Supervisors and office staff
• Ensure safety and security programs are maintained
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, training and staff management
• Manage facility upkeep, equipment maintenance and housekeeping
• Develop vendor relations and ensure customer service levels
• Plan workload, staffing, and budgets to meet financial goals
• Support process improvements and project initiatives
• Plan and manage capital and operational budgets
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations
