Sphere Renewables, LLC seeks a Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function across its three Colorado locations. You will oversee payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, training governance, and HR compliance, reporting to the VP of Finance and Administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least four years of broad HR experience including employee relations, investigations, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, recruiting, and compliance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and Colorado employment requirements and ability to consult specialists as needed.
• Experience with Paychex Flex or comparable HRIS/payroll/benefits platform; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct objective investigations, prepare clear documentation, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information.

• Lead HR operations across all three Colorado locations with consistent policies and controls.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the HR Generalist and Corporate Trainer; set priorities and monitor quality.
• Advise executives on employee relations, staffing, policy interpretation, documentation, risk, and workforce planning.
• Maintain and improve HR procedures, forms, workflows, and policies while protecting confidential information.
• Manage employee complaints and conduct impartial investigations with leadership or counsel as appropriate.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, including Paychex, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee training governance, annual/90-day performance reviews, and coaching on documentation and escalation.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and hiring metrics for consistency and equity.
• Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and coordinate reporting under federal, state, and local requirements.
• Travel regularly among Colorado locations to support timesensitive employee matters and site needs.
