Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives across multiple distribution sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop training and performance programs, and manage investigations and disciplinary actions.

You will drive workforce analytics, maintain HR policies, and oversee salary reviews while guiding site HR representatives to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in HR or related field; experience considered in lieu.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal health & safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Strong written and verbal communication, Excel/Word proficiency.
• Experience in HR, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs.
• Investigate associate issues and disciplinary outcomes.
• Mediate conflicts and provide coaching to staff.
• Drive workforce analytics and reporting to support workforce planning.
• Maintain HR policies and organization charts.
• Oversee performance and salary reviews.
• Lead a team of HR site representatives across distribution centers.
