Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders at our Louisiana facility. You will drive talent management, employee experience, and operational excellence with data-driven insights and strong partnership with site leadership.

This role may lead a team of entry-level HR staff, own projects to enhance employee experience, and balance strategic initiatives with hands-on people management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and applying policies fairly
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement
• Drive adoption of HR technology and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch delivery
