Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee‑focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while preserving high-touch service.
