ConvenientMD LLC in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to administer benefits and the 401(k) plan, support payroll and HRIS operations, and lead HR initiatives. This role requires discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with vendors, payroll, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a multi-state, high-volume payroll.
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing benefits and 401(k) administration.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve employee benefits programs and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of employment, benefits, and leave laws to support compliance.
• Educate employees on benefit offerings and provide training.
• Manage enrollments, life events, status changes, and terminations.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and audit invoices.
• Serve as primary contact for benefit-related issues and disputes.
• Process benefit invoice payments and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Support payroll processing as a backup and assist with HRIS upgrades.
