Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to administer employee benefits and the 401(k) plan, support payroll and HRIS operations, and assist with HR initiatives. The role requires high confidentiality, attention to detail, and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

You will manage enrollments, open enrollment, and benefit reconciliations while maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in benefits and 401(k) administration.
• Experience supporting multi-state, high-volume payroll.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality for employee data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve employee benefits programs and processes.
• Assist with payroll coordination and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and vendor invoices.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly with a service-oriented approach.
