Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (entry-level HR).
• Experience using common business software (Excel, Word, Outlook, WebEx, MS Teams).
• HR support experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and personal medical leave.
• Coordinate meetings related to leave, accommodations, and employee health matters.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries from employees and supervisors in a timely, professional manner.
• Collect, organize, and file employee health documents with confidentiality and compliance.
