• Receives, reviews, and acknowledges all requests for leave (LOA, TDL, FMLA, intermittent FMLA, military, etc.).
• Ensures proper documentation for eligibility and accuracy.
• Performs data entry and updates in Workday to maintain employee records.
• Sets up, monitors, and tracks leave statuses and generates reports.
