Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and organizing tasks.
• Experience with HR office duties and records management is valued.
• Previous experience as a secretary or executive administrative assistant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR department with recruitment and interviews.
• Support internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
• Maintain paper and electronic employee records.
• Manage employee schedules and attendance.
• Enter and update employee information in records systems.
• Handle HR invoicing and purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
