Job summary

CAT I MANUFACTURING INC is seeking an HR Assistant to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support the HR Manager across all levels of the organization. You’ll help coordinate events, maintain confidential employee records, and build new forms from scratch.

This role requires independent work, strong communication, and meticulous record-keeping. You will collaborate with multiple departments, perform daily administrative tasks, and assist with training sessions.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years HR knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep HR records organized, file, scan, and archive for retention compliance.
• Help plan and coordinate company events.
• Build forms and administrative tools as needed.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to HR Department.
• Support monthly training sessions.
• Assist main office and Accounting Department as needed.
