The role includes interpreting policies, advising on benefits, leave, FLSA, payroll, and HR transactions, while resolving cross-department issues to streamline workforce support.

The successful candidate will have extensive HR generalist experience, familiarity with HRIS systems, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Extensive working knowledge of generalist HR functions including leave administration, payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation.
• Knowledge of Federal and State HR laws and policies.
