Commonwealth of VA Careers in Virginia's Judicial System seeks an experienced HR Analyst to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and performance management, in a high-volume setting.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering timely HR services. This is an office-based position with potential travel as needed.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience entering, reviewing, and maintaining employee information in an HRIS.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle HCM preferred.

Mansioni

Serves as primary HR point of contact to provide responsive, accurate HR services to Judicial system employees.
Researches, interprets, and applies HR policies, procedures, programs, and employment requirements.
Maintains ownership of assigned work from initiation through resolution with proper follow-up and status communication.
