Responsibilities

• Serves as HR contact for District, processing hires, promotions, changes, and separations.
• Maintains employee records and verifies pay, leave, benefits, and assignments.
• Supports employee benefits enrollment, annual enrollment, and retirement options.
• Assists supervisors with performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and ADA accommodations.
• Supports recruitment by posting vacancies and providing workforce reports.
