Responsibilities

• Lead HR Liaison: oversee regional HR programs between District 08 and Headquarters.
• Interpret Civil Service Rules and DOTD policies for district management guidance.
• LaGov HCM: manage and audit personnel actions and appointments to ensure accuracy.
• Payroll Audit: biweekly payroll audits to resolve coding errors and ensure correct compensation.
• Staff Oversight: coach HR Analysts to ensure smooth office operations.
