Qualifications

• 5+ years partnering with external models (JV, licensing, collaborations).
• 5+ years in elite management consulting environments with client impact.
• 5+ years identifying and delivering AI technologies in complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the AI solutions portfolio and roadmap for HR/workforce.
• Go-to-market enablement: craft narratives, positioning, and references for clients.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize research outputs into commercial AI offerings with partners.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial guardrails with operations and finance.
• Build external partnerships and manage IP, data privacy, and governance aspects.
• Set KPIs for portfolio growth, profitability, and client impact.
• Drive enterprise AI adoption and responsible AI practices across functions.
