Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks an HR AI Solutions and Governance Lead in Herndon, Virginia. You will guide end-to-end AI governance for HR automation, overseeing architecture, compliance, and ethical standards across North America.

You will collaborate with HR, Digital, Audit, and Legal teams to deploy state-of-the-art AI in HR, ensuring data integrity and responsible AI practices while enabling enterprise analytics and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in a technical role, preferably data science, ML or related field.
• 4+ years in statistical analysis and classical ML.
• 2+ years in model governance, AI ethics, and data privacy.
• ≥2 years of Generative AI (GenAI) development including agent workflows and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and data engineering.
• Strong Python programming and ML library familiarity (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Scikit-learn).

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end HR agent workflows (policy retrieval, onboarding triage, automated compliance reporting).
• Lead automation initiatives across North American HR functions using AI.
• Develop advanced prompt architectures and tool-calling with HR systems (Workday, ATS).
• Audit AI models for bias and ensure regulatory compliance (EEOC, EU AI Act).
• Establish data privacy and governance guardrails across AI solutions.
• Define lifecycle governance for AI HR solutions and reporting models.
• Secure data foundations for compliance, including tagging, catalogs, and auditing.
